The children were using their sense of taste to guess what flavour the crisps were, they also chose their favourite flavour!
Well done to Harvey and Robyn on their swimming certificates!
We had a great world book day in Boobooks! We shared Miss Webster’s favourite books and wrote about our favourite stories! Everyone dressed up and looked fantastic. Well done to Avah for winning best dressed!
Tegan and Sophie have been working incredibly hard in handwriting. Well done girls 😀
We have a new class pet in Boobooks. The children have been making houses for our new class pet. It is a Guinea pig and the children named her Jojo. They have been enjoying making her things to play with, food and water bowls.
Yesterday we walked to the local church to look around and listen to some information from the vicar. We learnt about the different features of a church. We had lots of fun exploring!
This morning we found a mysterious egg in our teddy bucket in the reading area. Boobooks were very exciting and thought it could be a penguin egg. We talked about how the egg could have got here and how we can look after it!
We have been learning all about Antarctica this week. The children were demonstrating how penguins keep warm – by huddling and snuggling together!
A huge well done to Blake for getting a trophy from football. He has done some fantastic listening during football practise.
